The FNB APP simply does not work. - CFC

FNB app has taken a turn for the worst. The FNB APP simply does not work. I app**** for a global business account on the FNB APP. After following the entire process and completing information requirements, an error occurred on the final submission (go figure). A popup informed me that someone would be in contact with me in this regard. I received an email on the same day as to application error occurred. I completed additional paper work and submitted it on 11 April. No acknowledgment of the email and 3 days later I am still waiting on feedback let alone approval of the Business Global Account. My emails are simple just ignored. Can someone please get back to me on my application?
