The FNB app is useless
I have been trying to close my credit card now since 28 April. Your stupid app is not working and your idiot people chatting on the app also don't know *** is going on. The first one told me there is no email address that I can use. The second one told me to email ***, so I did. That was two days ago and still no response. I've been trying every day since 28 April to get someone on the app to tell me, but I'm either redirected, the agent is cut off, or the service simply isn't available. I need you to close my credit card TODAY! I'm sick of this ****.

I had to pay nonsense fees today on my credit card since you still haven't closed it yet - so are you going to pay me back that money? Or do you want to get another month's worth of fees from me before you finally close it?
