The FNB app is ****!
I am very dissatisfied with the way the FNB app operates. Almost everything gives me an error and certain features come with issues that make you wonder whether the people designing this app even has logic or not. Why allow me to create a new account if I cannot transfer funds to my other account? I would strongly suggest they do something about these problems ASAP, otherwise they need to find a new profession, because clearly they're not good at this one.

08 Mar 2021, 10:58The worst thing to come from it is when you complain about something regarding their app and they automatically assume you're the one that's wrong and not their app. I am not stupid, I know how to work an app, but I cannot work an app that doesn't make sense and has so many problems. Why have an option to change your address if it doesn't update on the main system because it's not recognized? This is false advertising!
