The final straw of bad service - Saldy a great bank has declined

Over the past year or so, we have had service failure after service failure. Between staff not processing requests to out-right lying about systems upgrades to avoid processing requests. More recently the Forex division and the lack of knowledge regarding payments - with condecending responses and remarks. Extreme dissapointment in what we thought was a great bank. A very sour taste - as a small/medium business i sincerely advise against using this bank. We have unfortunately started the process to migrate our accounts, both personal and business. Shocking service from Thandaza Thwala with massive delays resulting in financial loss and reputational damage.
