The Faurd Department Is Disappointing!!!!!

I opened a ***** case on the 19th of August 2024, I was told to go to the police station and get an affidavit plus send all the necessary documents in which I did.. I asked Kagiso Mothei to please send respond to my email acknowledging that he received my the documents, however, he didn't respond.. I sent a number of emails and even called the FNB faurd department several times and the agents kept on saying that they will inform him. One of them even tried directing the call to him as it was appearing that he was online (I left a voice message as he did not answer the phone).. Faurd cases take 7 to 30 days to be resolved, today is the 3rd of October 2024.. The agent I spoke to mentioned that she would cc his manager, however, I still have not been contacted. This is extremely horrible service especially coming from the faurd department.
