The False Adverti*****t of FNB with their Insurance 15% reward. LIES! LIES! LIES!

I am just lost for words at FNB’s Service.

And please if you are thinking of opening an Insurance for their False ADVERTISED 15% REWARD in eBuck; well DO NOT TAKE THEIR POLICY BECAUSE THAT IS A LIE AND A WAY TO HER PEOPLE TO TAKE A POLICY WITH THEM NOT GIVING THE REWARDS.

I opened a Life Insurance and Funeral policies and was told how I will be qualifying for the eBucks. I looked forward to it. The first month I was debited and I checked my ebucks account and there was nothing there... I phoned and was told - “NO, IT IS BECAUSE THERE WAS NO CONTACT NUMBER UNDER BENEFICIERY” which is not there on the policy document I received and the information on their website explaining the criteria used for you to qualify for these rewards.

Anyway, I phoned again after updating the contact details of the beneficiary as I had not received any eBucks I was told they are yet to run the programs and I should check on the 10th or 11th of January 2019 and indeed I did check and still no eBucks rewards. I then decided to phone the eBucks department and was told that I don’t qualify because my salary is not paid in on my FNB account... I was so furious because That was never said and there is no where on the documents that my salary should be paid on that account. THEY MADE SURE THAT THERE ARE ALL THESE EXCUSES NOT TO GIVE THOSE REWARDS.

To me this is false adverti*****t and I really don’t trust that they will ever payout when the claim is made.

I want the policy cancelled and I can move it to the company I can trust. I request FNB to Please Cancel and refund me my 4 Premiums.2 Life Premiums and 2 Insurance please.
