The dont keep thier own agreement of the loan

I have been fraustrated by this bank that i am now regreating why i ever join them, I have an agreement with a personal loan which most be debited the last day of the month. this bank is now debiting me on the 25 and leaving me with no option to keep my own money for myself, revers my money and only dibit me as we agree
