The color of Money ......without it no help??

I swear every single time you visit an FNB branch all they see is the color of your money, and of course the blue and orange goes well with a R100 and a R200 note. I had an account with FNB and I need my statements. Sars unfortunately sends me up and down and every single time I go to the bank they want R700 for statements. I have been helped yes But it's not my fault I have to keep requesting information for Sars. Ngobule at FNB Vanderbijlpark told me they can't overwrite the system but I was helped by Meyerton Branch once before without the system being given as an excuse. I even showed her why I need it. I showed her I only had R1.50 on me and then they suggest I open an account, deposit my R700 and they will then take my R700 and give me the statements. If I paid banking fees all those years why are they now seeing the color of my money. I am going to lose my work over this cause I have to continuously go and ask things. The bank left me in tears today cause they are refusing to help me. I am at wits end with FNB. Why??? Tears are flowing since I left there today. I have lost everything....I don't have money to give them. Sars is demanding a large amount of money from my and unless I get the statements I will be on the streets! I have an autistic child do I have to take him to a shelter because of FNB refusing to help me. Surely the situation being explained and all supporting documents provided can have some assistance? No simpathy was shown today not for my situation and not for the fact that without money I am not helped
