The changeables need to change

Every year FNB changes the ebucks earning rules. This year was no exception except that their new inclusion of Paying bill (municipal bills) does not work. I tested 3 different Ethekwini bills and all didn't work. Keeps saying No Bill Found. Surely a company as big as FNB would test the systems and make sure big Municipalities (like Ethekwini) works on their new feature pay@, but no the changeables doesn't
