The callcentre Security questions for online support make no sense

I spent about an hour online to reset my online credentials, only to be told that i have failed online security questions.

The questions are vague, and make no sense. I was told that I can answer N/A if the question seems irrelevant to me. And i answered N/A for most of the questions because they made no sense at all. at the end i was yold that I had failed and i must go to a branch to fix my problem. I think maybe you must just encourage customers to stop wasting their airtime and just go straight to a branch for assistance.

Reviewer Update
Hi, I have now received an email informing me that FNB has been trying to call me. The cell number provided in the email does not even belong to me. If you are not keen to contact me then please just keep quiet instead of sending me emails with lies. I am really disappointed.
