The bank with empty promises and false information fnb

The disappointment just doesnt end. After running around for a hospital file which fnb assured me my 800r will be paid once i send the reciept nothing happened. When calling the advisor said oh the transaction wasnt processed even after i was promised when thsy receive the file the money will be paid to me. Then my hospital claim that was finally approved the money got lost on the bank since 9 am this morning the money was supposedly released called at 4.50pm.Cheryl tellse the money was only released then and will reflect after 8pm still no money. This bank never seizes to amaze me with the level of incompetence. Why do you even bother to offer this product.
