The bank who doesnt give a damn

So somebody from FNB's call center contacts me I give them all the relevant information regarding my query and there endeth the lesson. To all intents an purposes they dont seem to care. MY PROBLEM EXISTS WITH FNB N1 CITY CAPE TOWN. Do you think you can email them think again their email address bounces. This is the email they have listed on the net and this is what transpires when you try and use it Address not found Your message wasn't delivered to *** because the address couldn't be found or is unable to receive email.. You then try phoning the number that is listed on the net and you get a message stating the number does not exist. You are now left with an alternative. Do you get into your vehicle ride X amount of kilometres to the bank to get an answer or do you hope after trying again you will get somebody in a supervisor or managers position to answer a simple question. Why they insist on getting people from the call center who I might add dont have the capability to answer the question beats the hell out of me. I have contacted the call center today to give me the telephone number of FNB N1 City Cape Town and they hang up on me. Great service dont you think
