The bank that keeps on taking

25th of November - My card transactions get debited twice. I don't have enough for some payments and miss debit orders. 15th of December - My insurance premium goes off when I specifically requested for this not to be done. 19th of December - I file a complaint about the previous two and request to be compensated, I get ignored and a very sudden email a week later that my request has been closed. No help. 25th of December - My credit card monthly payment goes off twice. My bank balance is R1000 less than it should be and the transaction suddenly disappears after reporting in the early hours of the morning.
