The bank in 2022 that cannot do business instantly

I have been banking with FNB for many years and they have been at the forefront of innovation in the sector. However, today I am deciding to switch to another bank as even though I am paying through my ears to bank with FNB and have a private clients account and support many products that they offer. If you need assistance on a Friday/Saturday you have to accept: "Sorry those departments do not work on a Saturday". What a let down when other banks assist online instantly.
