The bank i trusted with my funds just shown me flames im so disappointed

All these years I've been giving FNB 5 Stars because they were the best bank ever which i even trusted with my Funds....Im very disappointed in you why was account frozen without any proper communication...Can you kindly open my account i really need those funds that you are wrongfully holding it been a while I've been pleading you to open my account
