The bad lady on the FNb connect service

FNB connect desk is the worst you should never call, ican remember it was a white lady, acted so rude and bank the phone on me. i gave her my ticket number and she will not logged in yet she she had no respect for me, after i had made payments manually and FNB still deduct my account.
