The App is ****

I’m having a problem with my app trying to switch user, inserted a correct username and password yet it says incorrect username when I tried alternative and went to forgot username name it allowed me to enter details and Otp then it’s says it’s unavailable I should try later now I don’t get Otp it says incorrect password like how I’m in need to access my app now I don’t have time to go to the bank
