the amount keeps changing

i was called again by one of the consultants to tell me i am behind with my loan. in June i was double debited but i was not advised about it. then i am called and told that my account is in arrears but already arrangements have been made for my account to be debited. my loan repayments is supposed to be the last one this month but by the looks of it and your consultants calling me every month reminding me of my payments. every month you debit without any problems but i get called why is that it irritating i know i ow and i am paying, don't your agents leave notes on the system for the next agent to see what we talked about??? now my account will be debited for over R2000 rand again and i was told i am in arrears according to my account my balance is R 1,631.26 so why am i paying extra?? <br>
