The abuse I got from FNB consutants

What a disappointing and frustrating experience I had at FNB wonderpark...went there in the morning to submit my documents then later today I realised that I didn't submit the other document...when I got there they told me how am wasting their time why disnt i submit all at once...told them how it's their duty to service me then the consultant started ganging up on me telling me how irresponsible I am...will never in my life go to FNB wonderpark or even bank with them...the consultants Keletso even told me how short tempered she is nd can't deal with this...the other consultant Thityelwa told me how am costing them....thats utter trash...am done with FNB
