The 1-7 day window period is over and still no evidence of my swift transfer reversal

It seems the only way to be taken seriously at FNB is when reviews such as this gets posted externally. I've transferred 3500 usd on 7th of June to my account but forex reversed the transfer on 8th of June because of my surname change. The official response was that it would take 1-7 days to reflect in my Kazakh bank account. It has now been 8 days and still no reversal and no update about where my money is?
