Thats why i have been with fnb for so many years

I recently had an issue with a few of my accounts, I went into the Milnerton branch and was helped immediately. The staff were friendly and really efficient. I then needed to deal with the personal loan department and Credit card department, both times the consultants were really friendly and willing to help where ever needed.<br> <br> I have been dreading going to the bank to sort everything out but everyone that assisted me made me feel at ease and answered all my questions, (even the silly ones) without getting frustrated or giving the attitude that you generally get from call centres.<br> <br> Thank you FNB for making my experience such a good one.
