Thato From FNB broker needs to man up

I took a car insurance with fnb and was told by a guy named Thato Tlhape that I will have no excess, however, after my claim Iv been given hell and back. Going forward a kind lady named Zandile had tried to help me Bt till this day no way forward. My car is ready for collection at DSPB Bt their is now all of a sudden money that needs to be Paid. Furthermore Iv tried to email This Thato now he fails to return anything . I’m frustrated and need my car Bck. Spoke to the manager today at FNb brokers she told me to hold and redirected the call to Zandile hence Zandile is not the one who messed up Thato was .I honestly did not think fnb Brokers with fail me so much as my bank Iv never had anything to complain about but from this day I’m just not happy at all with the insurance

It’s unfortunate that it’s day 3 , excluding the weekend and till now I have not received my car so question is why am I the one suffering for Thato Thape faults. Hence today yet again I called using my own Airtime , included work landline but no feedback .My question is from 8 till 5 a simple issue cannot be resolved. I was assured that Managers at FNB brokers will get back to me but nothing. So all off the above leave me with questions such as do all customers get this service or is it a race issue that has been all over the news . Dear Laura from FNB brokers who is claimed to be the head off the department please see to this or I will take this matter further .Its sicken thousands of rands wasted on my daughters transport to school including not being safe as I also have to go to work . Iv never been disgusted of the service Iv received ever
