That awkward moment...

<p>I had a Smart Spend Loan with FNB. I settled it an was assured that I would have no further debit orders for the loan as it has been paid off now. Alas, come payday, the debit order took place. I contacted FNB to advise what has happened and I received what seemed to be sincere a apology and assurance that the payment will be revesred within 24 hours. More than 48 hours later, no payment, no explanation. I am stumped. </p> <p> </p> <p>I wouldn't make a fuss under normal circumstances, however I had serious plans with that money and as such I kinda need it back</p>
