Thanx FNB for kicking us when we are down!

Warning to all new business owners! We opened a business account beginning of this year and then lockdown came. As for many other small businesses, there was no help from anywhere during this time. I app**** to FNB for an overdraft just to help me rebuild my business during this difficult time but because I only have an account with them for less than a year, it was not approved. However, they love to add extra charges to my account. Now September again, I used my card to pay for stock needed on the 26th, and there was money in the account to pay for it, but on my statement, their bank fees went off first and then they added an #excess item fee for the payment that I made on the 26th. Way to go FNB! You truly are a great added value for 2020!
