Thanks you, however I still need assistance
I would like to commend the FNB ID division for their speedy assistance with allowing me to finally complete my online booking for a first time applicant for an ID smart card. I however am still struggling with printing out the barcoded confirmation from the E homa affairs website. I am desperately seeking some assistance in this regard.

23 Jul 2021, 09:04With reference to FNB having no access to the Home affairs system, i find this to not be a suitable answer, how is it that you could give me tips and tricks to access the very same home affairs page I couldn't navigate for dates, but the confirmation for coming to one of your banks you cannot resolve. Does not make much sense to me, surely the bank receives notification about who has processed an application for a particular branch.
