Thanks to Natasha this is now a compliment

I had gone to FNB to make a withdrawal and the teller firstly didn't greet which i just ignored. Then i informed that I needed to withdraw and gave the amount and first thing she says is \ Do you know how much is the bank charges\"? and gives me a figure of R1040. when I queried it she didn't even bother to ask if she heard the correct amount then tells me in no uncertain terms that I have to make an appointment to withdraw and I enquired as to how come I could draw last month and and was at the bulk teller. She seemed very unimpressed. If left being upset and that'swhen Natasha approached me and I explained my situation and she assured me that was incorrect and spoke to the teller and all of a sudden she didn't hear correctly when it was only the two of us there at the time. Nonetheless Natasha asked the friendly teller who assisted me last month to assist again and without a stress was assisted.
