Thanks to FNB

Sometime during the month of July I wrote a complaint to Hellopeter which was in connection with my FNB account. Shortly thereafter, Jessica Naidoo from FNB contacted me via email. I explained my problem to her and she promised to look into the matter and that she would get back to me, which she did. Though this happened five months or so ago, I have never given proper feedback. Well, Jessica handled my case very professionally and the matter was resolved to my great satisfaction.
