Thanks Helopeter for assistance, I finally got assistance over the money that was debited from my acc without my consent.although the money is not fully paid into my acc but I can confirm that I was assisted and the Gentleman who assisted me was too kind.

I'm glad I finally got closure since this was bothering me for too long
