Thank you to Lebohang Dlamini from FNB Private Banking.<br> <br> I had a request for assistance from her and she went the extra mile to help me resolve my query and give me the information I needed. <br> <br> She did it with great speed as it was a fairly urgent request from my side. She was kind enough to dial in in the other relevant bank departments, she did all the talking, made sure I had all the contact details for the people to contact if needed. <br> <br> When we had to go through to other departments instead of having me hang on the phone, she told me she would chat to them and call me back.
