Thanks for ruining my kids birthday FNB!!!!
Why are you debiting my account before my pay day? I am planning to travel to Swaziland today for my kids birthday, which is tomorrow and now you've taken all the money left in my account today because it's convenient for you to submit the debit order today!! How crazy is that?
And now you're refusing to refund me today and saying I must wait till tomorrow? What really is a point of having you as my bank if you're going to inconvenience me like this? If my kids have to miss out on this birthday experience I've been planning for months because your people want convenience at my expense?
