Thanks for ruining my finances (again!)

I spent copious amounts of my time and airtime on the phone with this rotten bank last month, trying to stop some debit orders where I had made payment arrangements. I was informed that these were SUCCESSFULLY STOPPED, yet today, a bunch of them ran, and my finances are now totally shattered. Thanks for ****ing me up for another month you useless retards!
