Thanks for nothing FNB. Your FNB Connect literally just failed and you can purchase NOTHING!!! After being a loyal customer for 7 years, having 5 accounts with you I believe it is time to start looking elsewhere. Your FNB App is so **** that there are often times when you can't use it at crucial times. Secondly, your Ebucks changes over the last two years suck. You have to spend so much now to reach level 5 that it is honestly not worth it. Use to get R8 per liter on fuel now suddenly all this **** about Wesbank vehicle purchase, insurance from FNB and everything should go through a virtual card whose CVV changes every single day... Seriously...All the other Banks in the past have approved me for my home loan as well as the various vehicles I have purchased, but never my own bank. Ebucks is so dumb now that you rarely have 40% discounts on the Ebucks shop and when you do you now have an unfair cap limit of R5000 discount per year. Why do I have all these accounts with you, have brought a lot of customers to you, pay to reach level 5 on my accounts and then all you do is make me slowly want to leave you. Why change stuff that worked. FNB is not what it use to be.
