Thanks for Nothing FNB

I wrote hellopeter on the 9th of May 2019, I received email and a call immediately. I explained my story again and Khensani told me she will check the file and come back to me. She never did, of which I was not surprised. As she failed to respond to my email from the beginning. I followed up again on the 22nd of May, Klein Angus responded saying Khensani has responded to my query already. I explained to him again that she was supposed to go and check the file and come back to me with her findings. He apologized and promised to go and check, I am still waiting for him to come back. I don't know how many times I wrote to Klein Angus, copying everyone that was involved from the beginning including Borman Laeri. On my emails I even tried explaining the background of which I thought it will assist with their investigation. FNB says my husband is not covered on the life policy, of which I couldn't understand how. Because we bought the house together. Even on the statement, both our names are there as owners of the property. Now that FNB must pay, they are coming out with stories. On one of the emails, I asked Klein if he is going to blatantly ignore me like that and he did. I have been their customer for over 15 years and this is the treatment I am getting from them. I would strongly advise people to use SA Home Loans in future. My claim was sorted and closed in 3 days at SAHL. I feel so disrespected and disregarded by FNB. I have never skipped a month of payment, I have never complained about anything in that 15 years. look at the treatment I am receiving. I feel like nothing because it is so painful trying to communicate to a brick wall.
