I would like to thank Mariska Rossouw for resolving my complaints so effeciently and timeously. Ref ********** NF. She tried to call me and wasn't able to get hold of me.
But she made other means to get hold of me to tell me how my complaint would be handled. Thank you so much Mariska you are the true definition of customer service.
