Thank you westonaria branch manager

I'm very very happy for what fnb westonaria manager did for me.i complained on hello peter almost 2 weeks ago about my account being upgraded from gold cheque to private client without my consent and for being charged as private client.within few days the branch manager called me to apologise sincerely and for promising to reverse the money back into my account,And he indeed did just as he promised.yesterday the money reversed back into my account.im very happy to bank with FNB and big ups to westonaria branch manager..thank thank you Mr...thank you FNB.
