I would like to send a token of appreciation to one of your employees his Firlynne, he works in complains department. I called this morning complaining about money that i transferred accidentally to smart spent account. I had lost all hope, I did not have money to even travel back home from work. I wanted nothing with fnb, I was so sure that i'll end-up closing the account but Firlynne managed to speak with his co-employees and sort me out quick. by 11:30 the money was in. Firlynne deserves an award. Thank you for the marvelous service.
