Good day. I've be struggling to receive moneygram for the past week, it was so frustrating because I had received it before and didn't encounter any problems with it, I happened to be in woodmeat and that's when I decided to go to FNB and I was assisted by Tsakani Ngobeni ,I was very impressed about how she handled this whole ordeal as I was frustrated and I was not in a good mood, not only did she help me receive the money but she explained in detail what was wrong with the moneygram, I found her to be very professional, calm and helpful. I left the bank a happy person and I realized that we need more people like Tsakani in the banking Sector. Well done woodmeat keep up the good work
