Good day,<br> <br> Although my problems with my account started off negatively due to FNB's lack of communication to me and them placing a hold on my 32-day notice account due to the fact that FNB doesn't have that specific type of account anymore, I insisted that my money be paid out immediately and without charge since they didn't prevent me from depositing but when I wanted to give notice I couldn't.<br> <br> It was one lady, Marie Kirstein, the branch manager at Jacaranda, Pretoria, who went beyond the extra mile for me, struggling for two days to sort out my problem and explaining my case. I would like FNB to know, that because of this lady's wonderful customer service, I will remain a FNB customer. I was on the verge of closing all of my accounts due to this, but Marie's customer service and of-course the successful outcome of her efforts is the reason I am staying. Marie, I hope they convey my compliment to you. Thank you so very much for what you have done for me. Your service is of great value to both FNB as well as its customers.
