What an exceptional service we experienced at FNB Mokopane Branch by Refilwe Molomo. She displayed excellent customer service in a professional yet friendly manner. She has an ability to build repport and express willingness to assist. We left the Branch as happy and satisfied clients. I am pleased to announce that FNB Branch resolved the issue that we thought it would delay to be resolved as we were still waiting for our case to be managed by FNB business division in the Call Center.
