This Star staff will make FNB flourish, what a Superb service from Palesa Nkala if it was not of you I would have left FNB as a financial institution, as what I had seen on special assignment was happening with me. I was very frustrated with the interest rates that FNB has given for a home loan, then I had approached other institution which had offered a very sound and fair interest rate then I had approached FNB counter offer, but was not getting a response. Palesa ran pillar to post to ensure the I got the service I deserved. I am sharing my sincere gratitude to Palesa which worked tirelessly for FNB. Overall I am so happy the story ended very well, thank you FNB for the new consideration, I am grateful thou was it was a bumpy one in the beginning.
