Thank you Michelle Groenewalt and Mandisa Ralarala

Thank you so much to Mandisa Ralarala ( Customer service) and Michelle Groenewalt (Sasolburg branch) for excellent service. I submitted a request to FNB in FEBRUARY 2020. I had to follow up a number of times on the request without any answer or solution over a number of months. After several unsuccessful attempts with customer service, I went to the branch where Michelel Groenwalt took the matter up at the beginning of JUNE 2020. Mandisa Ralarala got involved and between the two of them the matter was resolved within a number of days and the customer is happy.
