On May 17th, I experienced an unfortunate accident that led to the total loss of my car, as determined by the assessors. The incident occurred on Rabie Street in Randpark Ridge.

Initially, I was feeling quite stressed and had to contact my insurance company, which turned out to be quite a hassle. However, after some time, they were able to arrange for a towing truck to be sent. I was really worried about having to deal with insurance because the lack of trust between clients and insurance companies is a constant topic of discussion.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mahlodi Mathiba, who served as my claim handler. She efficiently requested the necessary documents, such as my bank statements and tracker records. I was really worried that I would have to put in a lot of effort and struggle to get my claim approved. Mahlodi was incredibly reassuring and empathetic throughout our conversation. She never made me feel like I was being interrogated and truly understood my emotions. She was absolutely amazing.
