Thank you Lumka Mngomezulu

This is not for FNB as a company but for Lumka Mngomezulu who managed to help me with an issue I had and provided the best banking advice. The call was meant to be for cancelling my account with FNB and in one call, she managed to do what every FNB banker I've spoken to failed to do. The complaints resolution people failed dismally and even though this wasn't the purpose o her call, she gave me advice which made me decide to continue with FNB. She was friendly and attentive, she didn't give shallow apologies, made sure everything was clear and stayed professional throughout the call.

If ALL FNB personnel treated clients like her, banking with FNB would be a breeze!
