Thank you Lucruisca Matsimbe!

On 21-June-2024, a huge *****ulent transaction, was made on my FNB account, I only became aware of this by chance the following day when I checked my account &, noticed the pending transaction.

I called FNB right away. At the ***** department, I was assisted by Lucruisca Matsimbe. This lovely lady walked me through the process of reporting the incident.

Incidents like this is upsetting, to say the least. As mentioned, it was a substantial amount. I am currently not working, due to health reasons & cannot afford any further loss of income.

Having the opportunity to report it to someone, as helpful and professional as Lucruisca, makes it much more bearable!

She really seems to take the company slogan "How can we help you, to heart"!
