I visited the FNB branch at Rembrandt Mall in Paarl and received excellent service. Irvin Steenkamp helped me with kindness and expertise. However, he went through my accounts on his own and made adjustments to my, as a client's, benefit. Benefits that I qualify for and did not know about. This man is a great asset to FNB and complies one hundred percent with the bank's slogan of How can I help? He goes the extra mile for the clients and makes them leave the branch satisfied. He is rightly called the bank's "guru-guy". I wish him a bright future. I am also very satisfied with my experience at the branch as a whole - the staff and how the branch is run.
