I was contacted by Hlonipa - Private Banker who encouraged me to try Private Clients Banking. We tried it out and I was very happy with her and the service. She always knows when it's me calling, gives great support & advice, from how to get more ebucks to other FNB offers, and now my husband has also gone onto Private Clients with her as our banker. Even when we need something that's not in her scope she puts us in touch with a person that can help us and also follows up that it was done. Very happy with Hlonipa, and the people she has put us in touch to work with as well - Adele from Home Loans, Emeldah from Business and Ryan who has helped open my kids Youth accounts. I highly recommend them. They are all very patient and follow through on tasks. Great team, I am enjoying how hassle free it is banking with FNB Private Clients.
