Thank you ***nor Martins from FNB BANK

So i have this Id that is about 15 years old, which has survived a wash by my wife, anyway as you can imagine, its not a great shape, anyway i went to FNB blue route Tokai, and they took a look at it and told me they couldnt use i would need to get a temporary id, which was very irritating to me because i needed my account open, i then decided to go to FNB in Adderley street CBD, and i was helped by a wonderful staff member named ***nor Martin, she was so helpful and patient! i would like to take time to give ***nor a staff member that should train other staff on customer service a GREAT BIG THANK YOU!
