im having issues with service fees on my FNB account. i had migrated to what i was told was the lowest package at FNB. I cant be paying over 500 for fees. Christina called me yesterday and has now migrated me to a convenient package and the way she explained on how it works im impressed with the way she does that. she is patient and is good with retention's. she has managed somehow to keep me from moving to another bank. im impressed that you still have people like that in your company. thank Christina keep delighting customers and you will go far
