Most of the time we find it very easy to complain when given bad service and yet shy away when it comes to giving compliments where they are due.But the service I received from Nthabisng Chiloane from FNB Braamfontein was exceptional. I went to the branch to enquire and compare the FNB cheque account to what I had been offered elsewhere .She took her time to explain in detail how the platinum cheque account worked, got into detail on the charges and went ahead to give advise on how to best manage the account and keep a good credit score, I happen to be a very slow yet thorough individual and Nthabiseng took her time and patience to explain everything in detail. I would like to say that she is a true ambassador to the institution and I solely wish she keeps up the good work and deliver the same service to all her clients I'm sure her colleagues can learn a lot from her. I am now proud to say that I have just opened up a new Plat. Cheque account and feel that my money is in very safe hands.
