Thank you for nothing

I got retrenched end of August this year followed through with all my paper work for insurance to cover both my loans and credit card, which was a struggle because I was sent from pillar to post. Gradually the insurance started paying the above mentioned but take note my account was still being debited . My account was in a minus and I borrowed money to clear this and pay my life policies and stuff so if I die today I have no cooking clue who will burry me.To my surprise my account was still being debited for the above mentioned . I have been to the branch numerous times and also have been making numerous calls not to forget so many emails sent to the credit card and loans departments and the only response you get from these consultants is we putting a note on the system. My account is in such a mess because of interest I also cannot do anything online because it’s blocked.

FNB my daughter got a transfer card, how do I explain this to her?because someone is not doing their job so the little money I had you decided belongs to you.

Today I went to the branch again, I was advised by your useless consultants last week that I need to go to the branch to stop the debit orders guess what??? Still no luck no one could assist me. Again I am unemployed but I must spend hours on a phone with my airtime which I can’t afford and also going to the bank with transport money which I can’t afford trying to get someone to assist but still no luck.

I lost my job so clearly whoever ****ed up the process of my claims doesn’t deserve being there. This person does not value their job during this time where 48% of our population in South Africa is unemployed because of COVID.

You are *****s claiming money from my insurances and debiting my account.

I want my refund of all the money you have been debiting from my account (loans&creditcard)as well as all the interest I’ve been paying for YOUR **** UP!
